Rebecca A. OldsRebecca has been immersed in the practice of law, for as long as she can remember. Her father was a local attorney who had a firm that focused on Employment, Constitutional and Educational Law matters. Rebecca started working at his office in high school and continued working there throughout college and law school. During law school, Rebecca also served as an Intern at the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission on Gender Racial & Ethnic Fairness. After graduating from law school, her role at the firm transitioned into that of an Associate Attorney and she quickly realized that litigation was not her forte. Instead, she began focusing her legal career on Estate Planning and Estate Administration with her father’s partner, Carolyn Russ, and she found her niche!

In 2017, Carolyn Russ decided to merge her firm with Nora Peace and Jeanne Marie Marquette where Rebecca continued to practice as an Associate Attorney. In 2020, the firm was rebranded as Pittsburgh Estate Law, P.C. to more clearly exhibit their focus in Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate, and Elder Law services. Rebecca also handles Business and Real Estate matters, ranging from corporate entity formations, operating agreements, acquisitions, deeds and other corporate and residential related documents.

Rebecca’s extensive legal experience, attention to detail and caring nature are qualities that help to provide clients with peace of mind and comfort throughout their interactions and business dealings with her. Rebecca and her family live in the Shaler community. She happily volunteers her time at the Shaler North Hills Library and other local community organizations, as well as donating her time and talent to local schools.
